Hi, I’m Anna. As a yoga & meditation teacher I join you on your very own individual journey and support you to reconnect your body, mind and soul. I help you to find balance in unstable times and to cultivate an inner state of peace, kindness and love towards yourself. Come along!

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years now and I developed a profound love for especially Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga along the way. My yoga practice was originally to tone and stretch my body but I soon realized how much deeper yoga can take us and felt a real passion for the practice.

I love offering personal and intimate yoga experiences to deepen the connection with oneself and create an inner sanctuary. I want to take students on a journey to help them connect with both the body and the mind and truly believe it’s vital that we support both the physical as well as the mental well-being.

Being a big advocate of inclusivity and community, I really want you to feel comfortable, so if you’re feeling a little nervous or just curious about classes please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love ti chat about how we can help you on your journey.
